Hello everyone... I am preparing for a journey of a lifetime.. I am packing, gathering and creating my itenary for my trip to Arizona and then on to California....It is so exciting... Beginning at Sedona, AZ to the holistic healing mecca of the US and then onto the GRAND CANYON, a lifetime dream of mine and then across the state of California to coastal Big Sur...where we will be staying at the Esalen Institute for a transforming training in EMDR with Laura Parnell.  This is so exciting and I may be able to update you while on this journey....
