What is Integrity and Will really mean and how do they create an AUTHENTIC LIFE!   Integrity means doing what you say and saying what you mean as Will means making a commitment to yourself  to your word, a task or a goal and sticking with it... When we give our word to ourselves it needs to be the same level of commitment that we would give to our boss or children, etc...We break our word so easily but please realize words are so so powerful......Words are energy and make humans so different from all other mammals and believe me when I say they impact you and the people that you speak of positively or negatively....Choose your words carefully....

To have integrity means to be honest about who we are and what we experience as part of our journey as well as valuing the experience and opinions of others..... As we develop healthy boundaries,  doing our part and being authentic we will find it so much easier to create goals in our life ...
