How to use the Aroma*Hypno*Therapy oils: Starting with the your connection cards of all the energy blends, select the blend connected to that card and then deeply breathe it into the core of your being. If a particular blend is not immediately appealing, it is an indication the related energy center may be out of balance – use this blend to re-energise that energy center. Work with this blend until the aroma becomes pleasant to you. You may continue using the blend during your Balance~ology Yoga sessions to maintain that energy’s vitality on a daily or weekly basis.

Suggestions for application: breathe in deeply utilizing belly breathing technique: apply a drop onto the energy point; add to massage or carrier oil; sprinkle into a hot bath – it’s up to you.
