The Women’s Wellness Change Your Life sessions……

This 8 week group taught by Melisa Carrico certified yoga instructor, aroma therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, will include goal achievement, embracing change, increasing motivation and creating a specific map to get to your desired destination.  Classes will include art therapy, aromatherapy, yoga, nature, hypnosis, relaxation and breathing exercises are just some of the experiences you will have in this class.



The Sacred Pathway Wellness Group includes:

Session 1 ~ Balance~ology Assessment: Looking through the lens…….Look all areas of life and ascertain the areas that are to focused on assessment and time management….Pick the three top areas….what is your number 1 goal to focus on:

Session 2 ~ How to create healthy communicative relationships..: Complete personality strengths based types…Discussion of how your communication, conflict, management, problem solving and goal achievement skills are based on our own unique type and how to work with you in a more successful way

Session 3 ~ Visioning Board Process: The future…The vision board…..The big picture and how do you get there…. Discussion….. Pathway to the Vision meditation…..Breathing exercise…..

Session 4 ~ Open Discussion Group: Imprinting our visions and goals to create the envisioned Life… what you need on your journey….what is will look like when you meet your goal…… Spiritual Pathway visualization….

Session 5 ~ Optimal Wellness: Mind Body and Spirit lessons….Learn about keeping our mind body in peak overall wellness…..

Session 6 ~Self Esteem and Self worth : How to build wherever you are…Self Esteem exercise…As well as blocks that keep us from our true north.Open Discussion…..

Session 7 ~ Boundaries/Connection in the Real World: Connection, community, relationships, boundaries ….Nature event….How do I set healthy boundaries…take care of others…and take care of me….

Session 8 ~ The Tool box towards your Destiny Map ~ Your Life Long tool box you create will have your tools to work with as you continue to move forward….…. Celebration…..Final session….Putting it all together transitioning to the Destiny Map.

 
The Women's Pathway...8 week group  has a limited number of 6 participants...New groups are forming for January 2012.. Date havent been determined .  Each session is 1 ½ hours.  Cost is $50.00 per session, $400.00 for the total group immersion sessions.  To reserve your spot a $200.00 deposit is required.  The total of $400 is due prior to the first class.   No refunds for the class once deposits are made.
