                      Balance~ology Yoga:    This type of YOGA  is a gentle to vigorous form of yoga that will revitalize, energize and distress your life.  Our Yoga classes are anan interwoven blend of gentle stretching postures, aromatherapy, centering, visualization, and deep relaxation centered around balancing our entire physical, mental and spiritual being.   This form of yoga respects each individuals uniqueness.  Classes begin with centering/breathing exercises,  warm-ups,  a series of balanced postures and ending with a relaxation/meditation exercise.

                      Special Balance~ology Yoga Immersion Sessions   Skyeia offers throughout the year.  An eight session Yoga class that is an interwoven blend of postures, aromatherapy, centering, visualization, and deep relaxation centered around balancing our entire physical, mental and spiritual being. Sessions are for beginner through advanced levels. Sessions are in individual, group or work site formats.  Contact us to be put on the email list for the next series of classes to be offered.
